Nice apartment but no wifi or A/C

Nice apartment in a good part of town, the building is nice and the rooftop pool (closed mondays) is lovely. The apartment itself was pleasant but although advertised as having AC actually just had a pedestal fan which meant that it was pretty hot. The main downside was the staff really, they were always slow to respond to any questions and didn't seem to care about anything. The Wi-Fi in our apartment didn't work at all and they didn't seem to care, we had to keep asking for them to deal with it (it never did get fixed). Also if you don't speak good Spanish then booking, check-in and paying will be very difficult as they don't speak any English (or make any attempt to speak more slowly or clearly in Spanish!).

Pérdida de tiempo

Mandé un e-mail 72 horas antes para hacer un check in antes de la hora establecida y nunca me respondieron. Mi vuelo llego a las 6 am y el Check in era hasta las 3pm, por lo que tuve que esperar 4 horas en el lobby del departamento a que alguien me recibiera. Al final resulto que el departamento que había reservado estaba en remodelación y no estaba disponible. Intentaron cambiarme a otro dos cuadras a lado, no lo lograron y acaba buscando un hotel. Pérdida de tiempo total. Nada recomendable.

La estadía en general estuvo bien pero los dos últimos días no la pasamos tan bien, ya que hubo un problema en el edificio con una tubería de agua, la cortaron inesperadamente y no se sabía cuando la iban a reponer. No podíamos usar el baño en absoluto . Por otro lado, el estado interior del departamento pudiera estar mejor, cambiar las persianas rotas para dar un mejor aspecto y la cama y almohadas no eran cómodas, están muy usadas y se sentían los resortes del colchón.

horario limitado para check in

no pude quedarme porque cuando llegue a las 23 ya no había nadie que me recibiera. Llamé al teléfono que aparece en la reserva y me dijo que no podía acercarme las llaves y que ya le habían dado de baja a mi reserva por lo que tampoco podía alojarme al día siguiente. podrían tener un sistema de apertura de puerta con un código o una caja con código donde se guarda la llave.

If one makes booking it is not certain that traveler will have booked room waiting for him. The number left for contacts no one would answer, because apartment is empty. In the best case he may become a pray of people leaving in apartment building trying to cash on travelers desperation

Reserva falsa.

Reservamos un mes antes. Nos dijeron que no habia que reconfirmar y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no existía tal reserva, que eran 270 departamentos y no podian saber cual de todos podria ser. Llamamos al supuesto teléfono del departamento y era el teléfono de una casa de familia. Llamamos a Expedia y nadie nos respondió. Una espantosa experiencia!

Terrible service

The apartment was not clean at all , I had to wait and they sent me to another location that I had to walk six blocks with my bags and heat , then I had to pay cash because they don’t have a machine , please don’t go there you better somewhere else.

Nice place and very good service
