Charming and lovingly furnished casita in the hills of Porto Petro, on a plot of approximately 12,000 square meters.
The casita is in the immediate vicinity of the main house.
The owners live all year round with their pets, 1 dog and 2 cats, in the finca.
The large community pool is freely available to guests and owners.
The casita consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, living room / dining area with adjoining semi-open bedroom for 2 people. More modern sofa beds in the living area and the possibility of providing a baby bed.

A south-facing, covered terrace with a view of the garden and Porto Petro invites you to relax.

A warm welcome to winter guests who want to enjoy the mild climate and beautiful nature.
A modern wood stove, which is fired with pine wood, provides warmth and cosiness. Wood is chargeable.

Particularly nice for hikes and bike tours, especially for almond blossom.

A great place to relax and decompress.
Superb location walking distance from restaurants in Porto Petro, yet in a natural setting with rural views . Great outdoor space including a private, covered terrace /patio and good sized pool. Mosquitoes were a problem at night. We had no wi fi for the duration due to storm damage but that shoud be soon fixed. Petra and her pets were very welcoming and accommodating and added to the ambience /experience. Oils and teas and some fruit and veg and a bottle of wine provided were most welcome. Personally we found the pillows and duvets not the most comfortable, but that depends what you are used to. Overall a relaxing and cosy base. Vielen Dank Petra fuer eine erholsame Aufenthalt.

Lovely Casita
We stayed at La Casita for 6 nights and loved the place!! It is on a typical Maillorca farm very near the quaint port town of Porto Petro. The Casita was comfortable and quaint. It had everything we needed and provided a great spot to rest and enjoy the sounds of nature. We loved the back porch and the pool and found the wild chickens, cats snd family dog welcome additions to our stay. Petra, our host, was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect!
Our stay in the casita was perfect from start to finish and everything was as we had hoped for; we felt at home straight away. The location was quiet, great for walks in the area, with beautiful small beaches to hike to, and it's easy to get into Porto Petro without a car. We enjoyed spending time around the casita and the pool, we loved the animals, especially the cats. Petra was a welcoming and friendly host, helpful and accommodating when our plans changed. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Alles, und hoffentlich auf ein nächstes Mal!

Gelungene Auszeit
Der Aufenthalt in der Casita war romantisch. Wir genossen die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten in der Sonne vor dem Häuschen, am Swimmingpool und/oder im Schatten im „eigenen „ Garten zu sitzen oder in der Hängematte zu schaukeln. Der Bollerofen strahlte am Abend eine gemütliche Wärme aus. Luna und Sole, die beiden Hunde, Frau Katze und die wilde Hühnergruppe haben wir ins Herz geschlossen. Petra ist eine sehr liebe und überaus hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Aufenthalt in der Casita war rundum erholsam, wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Ann und Jens

Wundervoller Urlaub
Es war einfach wunderbar. Das Häuschen hatte alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Von der Flasche Wein, über ehrliche Empfehlungen von Stränden und Restaurants und einfach die unkomplizierte und freundliche Art von Petra und Norbert. Der Pool war herrlich, die Tiere vor allem für unsere Tochter eine große Freude. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles

Sehr sehr schön
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe und der weite Blick waren himmlisch. Abends den Kamin anmachen war auch ein Highlight. Zudem ein echter Weber Grill auf der schönen Terrasse, super. An die beiden Schreihälse, die Hähnchen, haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Wenn es nicht so viel zu entdecken gäbe, würden wir mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Schöne Casita, tolle Vermieter, super Jahresanfang :-)
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Januar bei Petra und Norbert. Die Casita ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Da wir am Feiertag anreisten, hat Petra uns sogar vorher kontaktiert, um uns mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen. Das war so hilfreich. Die Hunde sind groß aber seeeeehr freundlich. Die Hühner hört man - genau wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt - ab und zu auch in der Nacht oder am frühen Morgen. Das hat uns kein bisschen gestört - es gehört einfach zum Leben auf dem Land dazu. Petra und Norbert sind perfekte Gastgeber - jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man sie braucht, aber kein bisschen aufdringlich. Den Ofen haben wir winterbedingt fleißig benutzt und er war auch an kühlen Tagen ausreichend. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man geschützt und hat einen Blick über das Tal. Wir waren sehr gerne in dieser Casita und falls es uns mal wieder auf die Insel verschlägt, hoffen wir, dass wir wieder hier unterkommen können.

Wunderbarer Urlaub inmitten der Natur
Wir habenn uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit Hund, Katz und Hühnern mit Küken. Viel Platz,Terrasse und Pool, wie eine eigene kleine Finca. Wir haben die meiste Zeit zuhause gekocht, weil die Terrasse so gemütlich war.
