It was VERY clean. We had 5 adults and a teenager in our party. There was an issue with the front door lock when we checked in but the property's manager answered quickly and a locksmith was onsite within 20 minutes. We used the backyard several evenings (although the cornhole set was missing a beanbag). The hot tub and fire pit were nice additions to the fall evenings. There was plenty to keep us busy inside as well on a rainy day. The kitchen has plenty of wineglasses (although we wished there were wineglass markers); and pots and pans were in great condition to cook in. We used the washer and dryer without incident. I will say the master bath was very white. Although beautiful, It made me a little nervous to wash my recently dyed hair and put make-up on. If I had one thing to add, there isn't a lot of storage in the master and only one end table. With the amount devices needing charged it got a little cramped. It comfortably accommodated all 5 of us and the house was well-equipped and clean with very comfortable beds. They make it easy! There are two arcade games which entertained the adults and our grand daughter. We had 8 of us stay here for a family getaway for wine tours and relaxation. The house was as described and very comfortable and clean. Bedrooms were cozy and simple and the living areas were just enough room for all of us to hang out. Dining area was spacious and was great for eating and playing games. Backyard was wonderful with hot tub, fire pit and bocce ball (although we didnt get time to play!)
