Easy walk to the beach from second floor down one flight of stairs, next to pool. No major complaints...A little pool noise from time to time as expected. A couple of Palmeto bugs during the 4 day stay, could use some treatment inside and around the building grounds. Master bath light/fan went out initially. Figured out the GFCI breaker is only on the other bathroom outlet, both on same circuit. Reset and problem solved. Master king size bed very comfortable. It’s difficult to find a condo on the beach in 30a. The second floor was perfect where you could go down the stairs and not wait for the elevator. Also the views from the balcony felt private with the greenery covering the tourist. It felt like we were in paradise. The condo was well stocked and furnished beautifully.
