Close proximity to everything. The only complaint we had was it says only 200 yds to the beach in the booking description but you can't set your stuff up there because its a private beach you have to walk a good ways down the beach to the public beach. I definitely think that should be disclosed on the description of the condo so people will be aware. They did offer a shuttle cart but we had 2 large wagons that didn't fit on the shuttle cart so needless to say it was quite the haul from the room all the way down to the public beach where you could actually set up.
