    Located directly on the pristine beaches of 30A, you can't beat The Point's phenomenal location. This Blue Mountain Beach vacation home features panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of space for entertaining. The Point can accommodate up to seventeen guests comfortably, which makes this enormous one-story beach house the ideal place to host a family trip or reunion. Inside, this recently remodeled Old-Florida style beach house features views that will take your breath away. However, The Point's outdoor area is what truly makes this home one-of-a-kind. Outside, you'll find a gigantic wooden deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico complete with al-fresco dining, lounge chairs, bench seating, and private beach access. The home also features a charming garden patio that includes a grill and firepit as well.

    **Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April. Fireplaces will not be in working order from May to September.
