Jul 9, 2022 Liked: Communication, location #### Beach trip June 2022 We enjoyed our stay at this unit, but we did have a few issues. Let’s start with the positive. The towels were great, fluffy, definitely not the kind that are industrial. The bed linens were very comfortable as well. However, when we got in the condo the bathrooms were not clean. The toilet in the guest bath had what appeared to be urine on the seat and there was hair in the master sink and on the counter. When I brought it to the owner’s attention he apologized about the toilet seat and let me know the hair was probably his from when he cleaned the master bathroom. The sliding glass door to the patio and the windows were filthy, not just usual sea mist stuff. I don’t think they had been cleaned in a long, long time. The good news is that there were plenty of cleaning supplies so it was easy for us to fix it. The unit’s VRBO listing said check out was at 11:00 but we got a text from the owner at 9:58 am the morning we were leaving that had then instructions about how to leave the unit and it said we had to be out by 10:00 am. That might just be a glitch in some automated thing and we were already gone so it did not really affect us. The property seems to be an older complex but it is nice and quieter than many places in the area which we liked. The chair/umbrella folks were really nice. I could pay in advance for the week but had to go every morning at 8:00am to reserve a spot. The beach is lovely and the access to the beach from the unit is easy.
