The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery. ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. All details have been considered in an attempt to make the condo a perfect place to enjoy a vacation. Layout is perfect for friends or families wanting to spend time together. I'm allergic to artificial fragrance, so I really appreciated that there was no perfume-y smells from air fresheners or laundry detergent. This condo is centrally located so it's close to beach, Grayton, Destin, and Mir Mar Beach, yet it feels like it's a world away from all the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. It's always wonderful to be able to return to your own peace and quiet after a day at the beach or a night out. The owner is quick to respond to our questions and requests. So glad to have stayed in this spacious and clean condo when we were on 30a for our friends' wedding. This condo is centrally located so it's close to beach, Grayton, Destin, and Mir Mar Beach, yet it feels like it's a world away from all the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. It's always wonderful to be able to return to your own peace and quiet after a day at the beach or a night out. The owner is quick to respond to our questions and requests. Mar 10, 2021 #### Great Location We enjoyed Blue Mountain, Gulf Place, Grayson Beach & Seaside. The condo is close to the beach, just a short walk. I would recommend renting a golf cart & bikes.
