    Pack up the kids and the dogs for a perfect Emerald Coast getaway! Located just 3.5 miles from Seaside, our compact yet comfortable 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests. A full kitchen offers all you need for meals and snacks plus bar seating plus a small table offer space to enjoy your meals.



    🛌 Sleeping Accommodations:



    Bedroom #1: queen bed + ensuite bathroom.

    Bedroom #2: queen bed + double bed + ensuite bathroom



    Smart TVs plus ceiling fans are available in all rooms.



    🛺 Skip the parking hassle—take a short walk to our designated beach areas or catch the complimentary resort tram (available mid-March to mid-September). After a day in the surf, relax on the patio, grill up dinner on the resort barbecues, or let the kids play in the grassy area right outside. High-speed fiber internet and a washer/dryer are included to make you feel right at home.



    🐾NOTE: Walton County does not allow visitors' dogs on any of its beaches. A dog beach is located about 20 min away in PCB, and there is a dog park nearby.



    ✅ Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. We provide *starter amounts* of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags).

Great vacation spot

My family really enjoyed staying here. This place is located in a beautiful area with great access to all the local places to visit. Unit is well stocked with all the necessities. Description and photos are very accurate. The unit is not very big but plenty of space for our family of 4. Hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. We loved that it was a first floor unit. Walk to the beach was quick and the beach is absolutely beautiful. My only issue with the unit would be that the bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable but doable. We will definitely keep it at the top of our list for future stays in the area. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

A perfect beach stay

We had such a great stay. The unit was everything we wanted and the location was even better than expected. The unit is very nice and exactly what we needed. There's a living area, kitchen, small eating area, two bedrooms that are rather spacious and two bathrooms. The unit also has a washer, dryer and a small patio. The unit had all of the basic things you need for a stay. We were very pleased!There is a beach shuttle that will drive you the short walk to the beach if you need it. This is helpful if you have very young children and a bunch of stuff to carry but even for a young child the beach is walking distance. We spent a ton of time at the beach and the kids enjoyed the water (Mar/Apr). The neighborhood is very walkable and our dogs had plenty of space out and about to stretch their legs. On site there are two pools, tennis courts, bikes for rent, etc. Everything you need. Minutes from the complex are various places to shop, pick up odds and ends that you might need for your stay, plenty of restaurants, etc.The property owner was fantastic. She was very easy to reach before and during our stay and was excellent about communicating with us. There are materials in the unit posted to let you know about amenities, expectations for check out, etc. We initially had an issue with the company we rented bikes and a golf cart from and she was super helpful clarifying the rules (turns out it was not an issue after all). Highly recommend!!

Wonderful quaint apartment close to the beach

We had a blast staying here! The apartment is a little small but very adequate for our family of three with dog. The location is great and the place itself was clean, cute, and comfortable. Would recommend highly!

We had such a great stay here! I highly recommend it. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Its only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are a quick drive to reach.

Perfect Getaway

Megan's place was perfectly stocked and just the right size for a few of my friends and I that needed a fall getaway. I typically stay in Beachside Villas and this place did not disappoint. It was super close to the beach, clean, and had everything we needed for our short trip!

Loved our stay at BSV!

We loved our stay at Meghan's condo! It was clean, convenient, and just as described. The private beach was very nice, seeing as how we were there during a very busy week. The walk wasn't too bad, especially if you could catch a ride on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!
