The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is a preferred way to get around! Just a stone's throw from the house is Café Thirty-A, a South Walton tradition. This favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949\. You're just a 2-minute drive to Publix in WaterColor. Other things to note \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. \-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Heating is available October 1st - April 30th, and the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The cost of pool and hot tub/spa heating is $50 per day, except from December 1 - February 28, where the cost is $100 per day. The house is beautiful and was perfect for all of us. We really enjoyed the golf cart, bikes, bonfire, pool, hot tub, and game room. We cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen daily. It was a great location for us and an easy walk to the beach. We did a Sunday morning devotional in the living room and we will never forget that special time. The living room is so pretty and cozy. Thank you again for being so quick to answer our emails while we were there and resolving any issues quickly. We will never forget our SSFS trip and will treasure our memories always at Pine & Palm. ##### April M.
