We selected Seagrove for our anniversary and booked Rollin Tide Villas C2 for our stay. It's location is perfect as it is a 2 minute walk to Angelina - a very nice family style Italian restaurant and one more minute to the more upscale Cafe 30A restaurant. Beach access is across the street from the complex and grocery shopping is only 5 to 10 minutes away by car (Publix). The apartment was comfortable and spotless with all the necessary amenities and a very well stocked kitchen. However, we had a major problem as this unit is on the first floor and any movements from the people above could be heard. At times it felt like people were exercising as the stumping was so loud and pronounced that we could actually feel the vibrations emanating from the ceiling. We also had problem with the bedroom TV intermittently losing the picture (appeared to be buffering - wheel spinning). It's great for a couple or perhaps a small family (there's a Murphy Bed in the living room). It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and there a several restaurants and a convenience store a short walk away. A Publix grocery store is a a few minutes away by car. I'd happily stay here again for work (as I did for this trip) or for a vacation. ##### Keith K.
