It was so nice to have the beach available right in front of the condo as the beach access areas get very crowded. Seaside and restaurants are close. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in responding to my questions. The location was on a quiet street off of 30A with proximity to Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches and restaurants. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the condo.
