Explore beautiful beaches, coastal boutiques, and local cuisine, all while soaking up the sun and enjoying plenty of outdoor activities. Whether you’re a returning visitor or a first-time guest, we’re confident you’ll be back! Redfish Village M1-309 is a gorgeous third-floor condo with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, each room is accented with high-end finishes and elegant decor. The open-concept living space is filled with a comfy couch, chair, and a dining table with seating for six, an ideal setup allowing everyone to gather together for a movie or game on the huge flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee and, on those nights you don’t feel like going out, prepare delicious meals in the beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with both the master and guest suite housing king-sized beds, en suite baths, and flat-screen TVs. Additional sleeping arrangements include twin over twin bunks nestled in the hall. For added convenience, you’ll find a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. Redfish Village features a private beach access point, with an extended golf cart shuttle service making quick trips to and from the beach. Hang out at the community pool, explore the area’s coastal dune lakes on a paddleboard, or bike the Timpoochee Trail, an 18-mile paved path that traces the Gulf of Mexico shoreline traveling through beachside communities and state forest lands. Be sure to stop along the way at Redfish Taco for fresh and casual alfresco-style tacos and margaritas, followed by refreshing ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sorbet at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery! Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. This was our 3rd time here at Redfish Village, and we always recommend it to our friends. This condo was comfortable, decorated beautifully, and met all our needs. The beds were cozy, and my little ones loved having the bunk bed nook as their retreat. I would rent this space again. The pool atmosphere was quiet and clean, and we were sometimes the only ones in it. (September perk!) the drivers for the shuttles were kind and helpful always smiling and eager to assist. Be prepared to rent out your beach chairs and umbrella. The company shade30a doesn’t offer complimentary sets. (They use too) now you have to pay for them. We did come prepared and had an umbrella and chairs. (This condo does have one beach chair you can use). It was plenty spacious and was situated well. Super nice to have a 3rd bathroom. The location was nice being right across the parking lot from Red Fish Taco and across the street from an ice cream and donut shop. It was a short walk to the beach which was no big deal, we never even used the shuttle service. We rented bikes for the week and I loved that everything is pretty much connected to a bike path that was easy to access and there were available bike racks to lock up to at the complex. There were a handful of things we were not impressed by, though. I felt the condo could have been cleaner. Particularly because I know requirements are stricter because of Covid, it just felt grungy. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets felt sticky and we wiped them down right away. There were a lot of dirty dishes. We had to wash a lot of things before we could use them. That might be something the cleaning crew should check on. I also never want to find hair in the shower of a rental. Just not a lot of attention to detail. We did have to call about the garbage disposal and they sent someone to fix it which was good. We went to the "gym" the first day. It was VERY small and not clean. The pool area was nice...our paperwork said it closed at 10:00pm but it closes at 9:00 and there was always someone there kicking us out. This condo is advertised as having beach service which is a requirement of ours when we come to the beach. They had chairs set up everyday, but Christian let us know that we didn't have reservations so we could just take whatever was available without nametags already on them. Most days every single set of chairs had nametags on them so then we were just told to sit in empty ones and if those people came then move to a different empty set. That felt really uncomfortable. Beach service to me means we have a reserved spot, so maybe our definitions are just different, but just be prepared that that's how it works. Overall, we had a great week at the beach and don't regret our choice, but would have changed a few things. ##### sunny s.
