It is beautifully furnished, featuring an open-concept design that keeps you connected to all the fun, while still providing a space to retreat when needed. This condo has everything you could want in your home away from home, and you are just a short walk away from the beach, pool, and shops. The condo includes beach supplies such as six chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, boogie boards, and beach toys. ABOUT THE AREA: The Gulf Place Residences is located on the west end of 30A in between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of a dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Yoga, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Oceanblue. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more. So close to everything and what we loved the most was everything was provided for the beach in the storage unit down stairs and you don’t have to carry it upstairs every time. That is definitely a must for us next year. Also we enjoyed the private beach access, we didn’t have to fight to get a spot at the public beach access each morning. We would eat breakfast then head down to the beach with no worries. This is our 3rd time renting in this complex and this by far was a favorite.
