The third bedroom is set up with custom-built Twin bunk beds(4). The interior features a welcoming open floor plan with wood floors, colorful and fun art, and coastal casual furnishings that come together to create a refreshing and modern appeal. The living room boasts comfortable seating, making it the perfect gathering spot to chat with family and friends, play games, or watch a movie. Wood floors extend into the dining area, where the dining table and four chairs are situated. The kitchen island has four barstools for additional seating. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and spacious counters. From this main common area, guests may use the sliding glass door to access a covered patio that overlooks a small lagoon. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a relaxed space for dining al fresco. The primary suite has a king-size bed that faces a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. It has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and access to the furnished patio. The guest bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. In the other guest bedroom, two twin bunks are situated perpendicular to one another, with a set of steps and handrails leading to the top bunks. The two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Tenne Sea Unit -105 is a quick walk to 2 nearby beach accesses.. Have your feet in the sand within minutes. Very comfortable beds! The kids loved the bunk beds, pool and hot tub. The location is really great- not too busy compared to Destin and PCB but an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. (The beach itself is very restricted so that was a surprise compared to other areas we've vistied.) The only issue we had was the WI-FI was weak and went out a few times.
