Welcome to SunnySide up at Beachwood Villas, located on the 3rd floor! \*\*\*2 complimentary bikes\*\*\* Enjoy your coffee on the spacious balcony, which offers peaceful views of the courtyard of the complex and sits adjacent to one of the two pools on the grounds (one pool is heated March-April). We provide 4 beach towels for your stay as well as the following starter amenities: (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom (1) Roll of paper towels (4) Beach Towels (2) Trash bags (4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths) (1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom (1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens) (1) Starter set of laundry detergent (1) dawn soap and sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap (4) Keurig coffee pods \* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. There are two pools in the family-oriented community. Other property amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, playground, shuffle board, meeting room, and on-site laundry facility. Beachwood Villas is located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from Seaside. This beautifully landscaped complex has a dedicated beach walk over with shopping and restaurants only minutes away by foot or bike. The 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property ! There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is just 20 minutes away and features the new Pier Park shopping area. (Target, Dillard's, Penney's, Grand Theater.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great place to vacation and unwind. Explore 30A via Golf-cart or Bikes to see all what it has to offer or simply grab your towel and chairs, walk right across the street(30A) and head to the beach. There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer!
