Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away.

A hidden gem
We loved our stay at Moon pie! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for daily beach access and pool days. The community was quiet and we were not far from all the entertainment in Destin or PCB.

Wonderful Vacation!
I enjoyed very much the two weeks I spent at Moon Pie. This apartment is just a few steps from the beach and I was able to enjoy to the ocean almost every day. Everything was super clean and neat.
I'll definitely be back soon for more beach time!

Clean, nicely decorated, great location, beach chairs & umbrella
We were very pleased with the condo,,, very clean & well functioning. There are plenty of bath & bed linens, 4 beach chairs & an umbrella or two. The ice maker is helpful, & the bunk beds are a plus! This building is closest to the beach access walkway.
Things you might want to bring: a cutting board, extra dish towels, & WD40 for a couple doors. Check the cabinet in the bedroom closet for kitchen supplies. Stock up on quarters for the laundry room: $3/load, washed & dried.

Long weekend
We’ve been vacationing to 30A for over 10 years and our first experience on this property. The location was fantastic as well as the property amenities, we loved it! Previous renters mentioned the furniture cleanliness and I do have to echo that the living furniture should be replaced or cleaned. The TV in the master didn’t work either. A few suggestions for the property owner would be to have hangers in the closet and spare sheets for the pullout couch bed. There were neither of these. Great stay, just minor updates needed.

Great stay for us for the full month of February--wonderful kitchen
The unit was well equipped to meet our needs for the full month stay. The television in the living room had a clear picture and several good channels to watch. We, an older couple, never figured out how to use the TV in the bedroom, but really did not need it. The furniture was comfortable, and we had plenty of storage and closet space. The unit's heating and air worked well;we were always comfortable. The kitchen had ample dishes, glasses, pots and pans. I did lots of cooking while there and the stove, oven & microwave were all great. The unit was close to all of the areas where we needed to visit, etc. Thank you for sharing it with us--the cost was well worth the month's stay.

Very cute and convenient
Had everything I needed and was so quick to get back and forth to the beach. For me the bed did not give enough support, and it also tilted downhill (I think the floor is sloped, so head of the bed is therefore also downhill), so I ended up sleeping on one of the bunk beds. Since it's right across from the Tom Thumb and next to the street, earplugs are useful if sleeping in the bedroom. Couch could use a steaming or a cover. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and even a beach umbrella!

Moon Pie never dissappoints!!
This is my favorite place to stay at my favorite beach in Florida! Good food within walking distance, short walk to the beach, takes all the stress out of my stay! Looking forward to my next visit :)

Best Rental Company on 30A
This was my 4th? time renting from Nancy at Kismet and once again I was thrilled with the quality of the condo! Great design, super clean, well stocked, great location. The bed was FANTASTIC and I forgot to check to see what kind of mattress it had! Moon Pie is located in the building closest to the beach access - although I think any condo at Beachwood Villas is a good location. Really appreciated the good coffee, nice towels and beach equipment. Great customer service & easy to communicate with. I'll be calling again soon!

Great apartment, fully equipped kitchen, tvs the kids enjoyed after long days at the beach. convenience store right across the street For ice and little things you may need. Beach access right across the property as well! Property manager available at all times and very kind!

The condo was close to the beach. Very clean and convenient. We loved it! The only complaint is the beer delivery at the Tom Thumb next door at 5:00 in the morning. It is convenient to have the store so close by, but the early morning deliveries were loud. I would go again. I love this area, and the condo was really nice.

perfect beach get away
great location - very close to the beach with all the amenities you would expect for a great beach vacation. the only thing i would recommend bringing is a hair dryer which was not in the unit. otherwise, we wanted for nothing. really convenient next to tom thumb as well if you need to grab anything for the beach that day. great facilities with two pools, tennis courts and shuffleboard. would stay again.

Terrific! We would definitely love to stay at Moon Pie again.
We loved the place , and the location was excellent. Short walk to the beach and close to convenience store for essentials . Easy bike ride to Seaside and major grocery store. The property manager was very accomodating and helpful. I would really love to stay again in the future.

Great Value on 30A
This Condo worked out great for our family. 2 Adults. 2 Kids (Ages 8 and 5). It was clean and delivered exactly what we needed. The only time we spent in the condo was to sleep and get ready to go out for dinner. But if you wanted to dine at the condo it had all the plates, cookware needed and a full size fridge.
This condo is located directly across from a public access to the beach. The crosswalk is right there as well!! Note: There is a good amount of stairs as you go down to the beach. However, if needed you can drive less than 90sec and be at another public beach which has a ramp.
Currently there is construction going on across the street on a new condo complex. This did cause some early mornings as the crews were showing up around 5:30a. There were some on and off large noises starting at this time each day. I would anticipate this construction to be completed by years end. But if you have kids, the early mornings are nothing new.
The owner, Nancy, was a breeze to work with and her response time was quick.
I will keep this location in my favorite list for future consideration.
