Washer and dryer was a plus in the unit. Bed was not so much. Two thumbs down on the comfort of the mattress. Everything else was great. The pool is directly located across from the units sliding glass doors, which is a little hard to open and close. Takes a minute to figure out the lock with the key for the sliding glass doors also. Walk out your sliding glass doors and the pool is directly in front of you, look to the right and you can see the entrance to the beach access. To the left is 30A Highway with shops directly located across the street from Emerald Hill. I recommend A List Salon and 30A Jewelry. Both owners are very polite and helpful. ##### dennis m. The condo is perfect for a couple and the beach access is wonderful. You’re probably only 100 steps to the beach. It was super easy to quickly pack up and head down to the beach in the morning and walk back up for lunch. If you’re looking for convenience this is your place. The shopping and restaurants were also great. I think my husband and I told each other 20 times that we would love to stay here again. My only negative of this stay is that the mattress is pretty hard and uncomfortable. ##### Evan M.
