This 12th floor corner condo has one of the best views on 30A. BeachCrest 1201 is a beautiful modern unit where you'll enjoy Gulf views from the open-concept main area, master bedroom and of course the private balcony. 1201 has everything you need to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests and have an amazing 30A vacation.

You'll feel welcomed by the cool blue hues and calming neutrals the minute you walk in. The kitchen is light, bright and fully equipped. There is a 60'' TV in the living room and TVs in each bedroom. Every TV has a Blu-ray player and cable as well. Your entertainment needs are covered!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

I could see us returning

We enjoyed the unit and the property. It was our first time staying in Santa Rosa and we will go back to check out all the places we didn’t make time visit. Nothing to complain about honestly. Bed was a little soft for us but just because we prefer firm. The unit was nice. Just your average wear and tear after a long summer.

High level view!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Quiet (top corner of building), lovely beach view, nicely decorated condo. Long ride to 12th floor in a muggy elevator but tolerable. We did not use the pool but the beach access and area was very nice. Go out as soon as the person is setting out chaises if you want a front row to the water (7-7:30 am). Benchmark sent numerous communications, which were informative. Phoning them might provide quicker answers, if you have questions, than email. There were some things missing from the condo…pillowcases for 4 pillows, the top for the blender. Some supplies provided but only 1-2 (TP, paper towels, garbage bag, dishwasher pod, etc). Overall we did enjoy our stay and would consider a return!

Overall cleanliness was substandard. Oven was extremely dirty. Furniture is old and living room and second bedroom carpet was old and needs to be replaced. We found the dryer vent to be FULL of lint and a fire hazard along with the air vents. The management cleaned the dryer and air vents as soon as we brought the concerns. The view from our condo was amazing and right on the beach. TVs and internet worked well. Next time I would consider looking for an upgraded condo on this property or a totally different property.

Great location, great views, but the condo needs some improvements

This was our second time to stay at these condos. We love the views and easy access to the beach. Seaside and the surrounding communities are a great place for making memories with family and friends. Overall, our interaction with the management company was great. When we reported some issues with the unit, we received a quick reply from them. However, while the service people onsite fixed some, they were not able to repair all of the problems. We got the overall impression that there was no thorough check of the unit to ensure things were working properly. For example, there were burned out light bulbs throughout the unit; the fan in the bathroom was broken; the dryer had huge balls of lent which must had to be accumulating for weeks. There were more minor issues, but you get the point. We could live with that, but could not accept the worn out furniture in this unit. The entire living room furniture, dining table seats and bedroom mattresses have definitely seen their better days. It would greatly benefit the owner of this unit to reinvest some of their profits back into the furniture. While the view is priceless, it is diminished by the quality of the furnitire. Also, while we didn't report it, there were a few roaches in the unit...one was alive, the other dead. May have been due to the heat, but still not sure how they managed to climb up 12 stories! Ha. So..it could use a good fumigation as well. I'm not trying to bash this unit...overall we had a great time in Seaside...just wish our stay here was more comfortable and up to our standards. We frequently stay in bnb's and have enjoyed almost every one of them. Don't let this discourage you from this unit..it still has the great and awesome views. And hopefully now, the owner and management property will address these issues so the next person can enjoy a more pleasant stay.

Great location and property

This property is located very conveniently on 30a in SeaGrove. The view feom the balcony is spectacular and the walk to the beach in less than 1 minute. The pool and beach are impeccable and everything is well maintained. We will stay here again.

Great location with a beautiful view in an older condominium.

We really enjoyed our stay overall! Loved being on the top floor of the condo. The recent updates in the unit were very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. My only complaint would be the condo building were average at best. It’s an older complex so it’s to be expected. The pool was a bit small and overall I thought the condo should have been cleaner (hallways, elevator, pool area, etc). Having said that I would still recommend the unit for its location and views!

Right on the beach

Check in was simple, condo was directly on the beach, condo was perfect for a small group. Very clean and easy to access with door code. Convenient to everything!! Bike rentals directly across the street. Seaside was less than a mile bike ride. Would stay again.

Condo is clean, updated and well stocked. Only downside was mattresses were not very comfortable. Beach is fabulous! Not crowded at all. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, unit not well stocked

The condo was in a great location, very clean, and you can’t beat the views of the ocean being on the 12th floor! My only complaint is that the unit was not stocked with the necessities you would expect. There was a coffee maker but no filters; washing machine but no detergent; no hand soap in the bathrooms or kitchen. I’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and most of them have had these types of essentials and then some—like sugar packets, some spices, cooking spray, etc. I do recommend this rental, but just be advised that you will need to bring ALL basics with you, especially if you plan on cooking there during your stay! Also—bring your own pillow as the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach and town!
