Being this close to the square in Seaside, anyone knows that parking is limited in peak times, and without a designated parking spot, the few parking spaces they have at the building stayed occupied. The code for the elevator didn't always work. Also wished there was a keypad entry for the stairs so they could be used going up and down on both stairwells. Parking was also an issue. A parking space is not guaranteed onsite. When I did get a parking spot, the "street sweeper" threw up so much dust and dirt on my just detailed car. To the point I had to clean the windshield before I could drive.
