Nestled beside Santa Rosa Beach Country Club/golf course, Oyster Lake, and the Gulf of Mexico this Charming Florida style beach house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with three living areas. This home is lovely with lots of room. 1 King and 3 queens and 4 full baths are ideal for adult house guests beyond the kiddie ages. Kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was much easier than we initially thought. the walk was quick and beach access was directly across 30A so there is no need to drive to one of the public beach access points with parking lots. Everything from bike rentals, restaurants, coffee shops and Seaside are all within a quick drive or even walk! Beautiful beach is located within a quick walk. Great home within 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and the kids enjoyed the large yard to run and play that the home had as well, which is hard to find in rental properties on 30A.
