(access included complimentary with your stay) 2 bikes are provided for your use! Beautiful newly renovated 3-bedroom top floor, corner unit condo! Steps to restaurants and shops below, and an EASY WALK to The Beach Club! Wristbands provided for inclusive access to all WaterColor pools and amenities complimentary! The space Welcome to 'Key Lime Cottage!' This location can't be beat! About as close as you can get to the beach in WaterColor! Upon arrival, you'll never have to get in your car again! Everything is within walking distance! Literally just steps from the WaterColor Beach Club entrance! From the beautiful Gulf views, coastal furnishings, expansive porch, three bedrooms (including a bunk room for the kids!), to the open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped unit is the perfect spot for memories to be made! As you walk in, you'll immediately be welcomed by the elegant dining room, which seamlessly flows into the kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Beyond the kitchen, the bright and airy living room boasts two sets of French doors, and two additional regular doors, that fill the space with natural light and all open up to the porch. The porch is ideal for relaxing, featuring comfortable chairs and loungers, all while you take in breathtaking Gulf views. Around the corner, you'll find a screened-in section of the porch with an outdoor dining table—perfect for enjoying meals outside without any bothersome bugs. The first of the three bedrooms is the Master suite, featuring a luxurious King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is also conveniently accessible from the hallway and shared with the final bedroom—a cozy Bunk Room, equipped with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The building also offers an elevator, so you can skip the stairs and access your unit with ease! This condo is a 5-minute walk and a 2-minute bike ride to Seaside's town center. This unit is located above The Wine Bar and Scratch kitchen - - some of the best food on 30A! Steps to fine dining at FOOW, and an even shorter walk to the TIKI Bar, the Gathering Spot, the Beach Cow Café, Beach Happy Café, and more! With kids it is a very convenient walk back to the condo from the beach for a lunch break or a nap! Venture over to Cerulean Park where there are large shade trees and fountains abounding. A few steps further is the WaterColor BoatHouse where you can rent stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, go fishing, and more! This house comes with a maximum of 6 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 8 Guests): \-Bedroom 1: Master with King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, + separate soaking tub \-Bedroom 2: Queen bed and en-suite bathroom (also accessible from hallway) with shower/tub combination \-Bedroom 3: One set of Twin-over Twin bunks There is also a pack n' play and air mattress available for guests' use! Guest access Guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, an adults-only pool, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf, and it leads directly to the WaterColor beach! Guests will also have access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. There are 7 additional pools you will have access to throughout the community as well. The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
