Comfortable condo, beautiful beach and shallow Eastern lake nearby for little ones to swim without waves. My only issues were the upstairs bedroom needs a door. And the one parking spot is a hassle if you have 2 cars but apparently 30A is so saturated with visitors this is common. And apparently you need to call ahead to the storage place with secured parking as we took our 2nd car and they were closed/booked. So we just took a chance and parked on the street, which is legal (but risky). We had a great time and look forward to returning! ##### Andrea D. Upstairs bedroom does not have a door, but didn’t cause problems for our family of 4\. There is a separate A/C unit for the loft which kept it very cool. The unit was above average regarding the cleanliness. The only caveat is that the washing machine detergent drawer is inaccessible due to the bi-fold door.
