It takes about 3 minutes to get there from the house - the ultra desirable and stunning Lake District location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay \-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Everyone had space and even the babies could be in a pack n play in the parents large closets in two of the rooms. We had the Frog pool close to us and we would take a few of the kids there first thing in the morning while everyone was getting ready for the day. The golf cart was wonderful in carting everyone back and forth to the beach club and the older kids could ride the bikes. There are so many pool options so the kids never got bored. We loved all the options of food and drinks at the beach club and other pools. The path to the beach from our house was so beautiful walking at night, it was all lit up and fun passing the lake. (If you’ve ever traveled with in-laws you know how important having your own space is! ) We loved the porch swing off of the second floor- would be a nice addition to the bottom floor as well…It needed a bit of cleaning ( crumbs on coff and table and all over stairs )when we arrived but that was ok, it was a quick fix. Maintenance was super quick in responding to an issue with the downstairs AC and it was repaired within 2 hours! Overall a very good experience. ##### Michelle F.
