The place is really cute with a bedroom, bath and living room on the lower level and a bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen on the upper level. The location was between Rosemary beach and Seaside where we spent most of our time. Beach access is across the way a bit but certainly walking distance. No complaints! Loved this beach house! Cozy cottage feel with wonderful balcony under palm trees. Close to the beach and in biking distance of everything. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Our two college kids had plenty of room. The sleeper sofa in the downstairs den made the 3rd bedroom. I’d definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable too. ##### Caroline F. The deck and patio area was a nice end to a fun filled day. The neighborhood was close to Publix (2miles) and other stores. Restaurants were close by. The neighborhood was well maintained and safe. It is such a cute house and located so close to beach. We rented a wagon (to carry all of our beach gear and kids) pack n play, high chair, and baby gait from the rental store (2 minute walk from property) down the street. We walked to the beach daily with ease. There is a gas station just around the corner where we got snacks and cold brews. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook anything (we made chicken, cinnamon rolls, eggs, toast, grilled cheeses etc.). The house is quiet and on a safe street.
