The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Easy beach and pool access was a big plus for our family. It was also very helpful that the pool was heated since we had some very chilly days. We had an issue with the master bedroom causing us issues with our allergies (seemed to be coming from some furniture in the bedroom). I mentioned this to Andree at the end of our stay and she mentioned that she wished we had told her about it sooner and that she would have addressed it during our stay. Next time we come to the area I think we will prioritize a condo with a beach view (we knew this in advance as it was clear from the listing). We missed being able to see the gulf from our windows (but the foliage was still pretty). We would definitely rent another property from Andree in the future! Each couple had their own bathroom and so did the kids. Location was great. Very quiet and well kept area. Beach access was way, although you don’t have an ocean view from the condo. The beach is very clean and not busy. Perfect if you have little kids. There were a few issues with the condo (relatively minor) but the property manager was always available and even gave us a gift card due to being out of air conditioning for a day.
