There is a ceiling fan in each room. The cottage is very well appointed with nice furnishings, comfortable beds (even the sofabed was very comfortable) and every amenity you can think of. Aug 1, 2014 #### Great cottage at a great price My family rented this house last week for a short, three night trip to Grayton Beach. The house is really charming- the details inside are like somebody's home, not like an anonymous rental. The two bedrooms are cute, and there are hide-a-beds in the front and back rooms. There is a nice back porch with a sun shade. The house is very clean and well air conditioned. It's about three blocks from "downtown" Grayton, so it's no problem to walk to the beach. The owner was very prompt and responsive both before and during the stay. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are at Grayton if it's available. ##### Tola M. ### 6/10 Okay #### Sam R. Sep 8, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Decent spot but wouldn't stay again We liked the spot. The home is a cute little Bungalo. It is decorated well and they provide the necessities to make it feel more like home. That said, it could be better managed. Our issues: 1\. No internet - the router was completely fried and there was no attempt to replace it before out time was out. 2\. Significant mold growth in and around the A/C registers. This is something that i didn't make a big deal about because i couldn't change it, but it was bad. There were green and black blooms all over the ceilings around the A/C registers, especially in the bedroom. 3\. The driveway was blocked by a debris pile from some apparent work going on. The deck was all cleared of furniture, etc. Again, i didn't make a big deal about it but for the cost of the rental it should have been addressed prior to us showing up. ##### Sam R.
