It features a main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
DETAILS: A minute walk from beach access, in the heart of WaterColor, is where Good Times awaits. This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 guests in luxe comfort. Enjoy exceptional proximity to shops, restaurants, and the numerous amenities of illustrious WaterColor. With a beach club, boathouse, lazy river, walking paths, and parks, this community features a never-ending roster of activities. Guests will love enjoying brunch on the shaded balcony before visiting the pristine beaches or community pools.  
  
Discover an elegant interior of warm wood, detailed trim, and soaring ceilings inside this 2-level condo. Guests are greeted by a beautiful sunroom with a soft couch and armchairs—a tempting spot to unwind with a book or an afternoon catnap. Continue into the great room, adorned with modern art, stylish light fixtures, and contemporary furniture. The chef of the group will appreciate the spacious, open kitchen featuring KitchenAid appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar for 4\. After a day at the beach, gather for chilled cocktails as dinner simmers before adjourning to the 4-person table. The living space is comfortably outfitted with a plush sofa, 2 matching armchairs, and 2 ottomans facing the 75†Smart TV and soundbar. Experience a charmed WaterColor getaway at Good Times. On-site parking for 1 vehicle makes it easy to visit nearby Grayton and Seagrove Beaches. There are 2 complimentary adult bikes, or guests can hop on the seasonal trolley to explore the neighborhood. Designated beach access is available via the WaterColor Beach Club, only a short walk down WaterColor Boulevard North. Book today!

\*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
