Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
DETAILS: Enjoy a WaterColor getaway at Chez Coeur, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home accommodating 12 in the Crossings II district. Guests can take advantage of the luxe community amenities, including the fabulous WaterColor Beach Club, private beach access, and the lazy river at Camp WaterColor—only a quick bike ride away. With multiple outdoor areas for slow-paced morning coffee and alfresco dining, this is a perfect retreat for savoring the coastal atmosphere of the Emerald Coast.  
  
Woven patio furniture and an inviting bench swing on the front porch welcome guests to this coastal, 2-level home. Step through the French doors into the professionally decorated great room, adorned with golden wood floors, white shiplap walls, and plenty of natural light. An elegant sofa and 3 armchairs offer comfy seating around the Smart TV. To the other side is a gleaming wood dining table with 5 chic chairs and a long bench beneath a glittering chandelier. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a vast island that doubles as a breakfast bar for 4 and high-end appliances, including a beverage cooler and ice maker. A nearby entry area offers cubbies for storing beach bags and sandals. Continue past the kitchen to find the laundry room with a side door to the outdoor shower and propane grill. Opposite is access to the screened back porch, outfitted with an outdoor living area, a 6-seat alfresco table, and a ping-pong table. At the back of the home is the luxurious primary bedroom with a soft king bed, TV, and private bathroom.  
  
For additional sleeping accommodations, ascend to the second level. A cozy nook with 2 twin-over-twin beds is perfect for children or young adults. There are 2 guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a primary bedroom boasting a king bed, a private bathroom, and a furnished porch.  
  
Indulge in tranquility and luxury at Chez Coeur in WaterColor. Exploring is easy with parking for 1 vehicle—plus 4 complimentary adult bikes and a 6-seater low speed vehicle.
