Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: 316B WaterSound Crossings is a traditional decor beach condo with the perfect size to accommodate a family looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The Gulf views and ample indoor and outdoor space make this a perfect place to create those beach memories.  
  
Stepping into this cozy, traditional condo, you'll start relaxing in the comfort it provides. The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other's company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscoting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can't help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day.   
  
The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed, soft pastel coloring throughout and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a tufted king sized bed with traditional decor. Waking up to views of the Gulf and access to the balcony are perks to any stay in this room. With an ensuite bathroom, any guest would feel pampered to stay here. The king size master suite is so expansive that it takes up one whole side of this beach condo. The four-poster bed with dark mahogany tones and traditional lines make this master suite the ideal spot to relax in and dream about the next day's activities. The ensuite bathroom is the icing on the cake with its separate tub, shower and double vanities.   
  
If you're looking for a comfortable, traditional beach condo, 316B WaterSound Crossing is the perfect choice. Many memories will be made while enjoying all that WaterSound has to offer.

The beach at WaterSound is a quick stroll over stunningly scenic rolling dunes. And with this rental you are also granted access to the community pool at The Bridges of WaterSound as well as the Dunes Sider Pool in the main section of WaterSound. With all there is to do here, don't forget to make time to relax, lay back and sink your toes in the warm sugar sand beaches that make this destination one of the best in America.  
  
Also for your entertainment, The Hub on 30A is a quick 10 minutes walk down the bike path from the house. It takes approximately 5 minutes or less to bike to The Hub. It is a great venue for kids/families/couples as it provides areas to lounge, eat and run around in along with a variety of food vendors to purchase dinner and drinks from. There is a large amphitheater where you can find musicians playing one night to college game day football on a projection screen the next. There is fun for everyone at The Hub!

\- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges.   
\- WaterSound community does not allow any golf cart rentals or guests to bring their own golf carts  
\- This condo does not have access to WaterSound Beach Club.   
  
Reservation/ Booking Policy  
\- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.  
\- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking  
\- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date  
\- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date  
\- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM  
\- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Everything is exactly what the listing describes. The most beautiful view. In the other reviews we read about the walk to the beach was longer than expected. It was a long walk but it is on this beautiful boardwalk, so enjoyable.

Our family really love this community and condo. Very well designed condo with large kitchen and bedrooms, great to look out of the living room, bedroom and kitchen and see the ocean! Spectacular views. Walk to the beach is a bit far but not too bad. Ladies at Dune Vacation rental a joy to work with.

Loved everything about the condo. Only disappointment was the long walk to the beach. The picture on vrbo makes it looks like it is right on the beach, but there is not direct access. There is a long walk on the boardwalk around the property to get to the beach

The reality of the trek to the beach was misleading. Not clearly marked board walk in one direction ends with no beach access. Opposite direction is at least a 10 minute walk from condo.

#### Had better furniture

We enjoy the amenities at Watersound. The unit we have been renting for over 10 years was nicely furnished with comfortable deck funiture. That unit has been sold and no longer available for rent. The only thing I can say about 316B is the beds were comfortable. The deck furniture was badly weather beaten and splintered. There was no long lounge furniture for sun bathing. When we arrived found 2 broken glasses and some dirty dishes. Had to shift the dozens of little coffee cups and glasses to make room in cabinets to store some food. Enough plates, cups, and glasses to serve and army. Why? They were putting on new roofing shingles and nails scattered the deck that we had to pickup and keep an eye out for more. Next door unit was being renovated so we had construction noise from above and next door. Watersound building trim and decking are showing their age. Probably won't return to this "resort".

#### Incredible week!

I'm devastated about the overdevelopment of 30A, but Watersound is still spread out enough to have a wonderful time, without feeling claustrophobic. Our unit at the Crossings was fabulous. The rooms are large, the view is outstanding, furnished quite nicely. My only tip for anyone is that if you want to rent cabana chairs, go to the left around the pool to get them. If you go right, its quite a hall, only to find out it was for beach club members only. I highly recommend this unit, and will return if I can tolerate all the people around 30A.

#### First Week of May 2021

Property was very clean, nicely decorated, large, well maintained and equipped. The view was amazing! The location was also great (in between Seaside and Rosemary) and a 20 minutes bike ride to Rosemary. A lot of things to see and do. Convenient to shops and restaurants (walk, bike or drive). Property Manager did great job communicating. Would definately love to stay at this location again.

#### Wonderful beachfront location

This was our first trip to the panhandle area of Florida and this condo was perfect for our family (2 kids). The unit itself was spacious, clean and well appointed. There was more than enough room for everyone. There was a nice heated pool nearby and the walk to the beach was a short one along the boardwalk. We were here during spring break, but the beach was wide and roomy and not crowded at all. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great vacation overall. Check-in was a bit confusing; but to be fair, I didn’t notice the clear instructions to check-in at a different address. I also wasn’t able to check in nor out via the prescribed app. But email & text worked fine for that. Beautiful, clean, spacious, well-equipped condo. I’m with T-Mobile and had sketchy phone service but the wifi worked well. IMO, less phone is a good thing while vacationing!

First time in Watersound Crossing as we have stayed several times in Watersound West and Rosemary Beach. We love The Watersound concept and our rental was “terrific”... Our friends from Texas first time down in this area - We all will be back! Cheers, The RICKERT’s and The Evans Family....

#### actual condo outdid the pictures!

We had a great time. The condo was so clean and spacious. It seemed like we were snakebit a little as the gas was turned off to the entire complex most of the week (no stove) and the pool pump was damaged so the pool was closed. However, Laura and the team were incredibly responsive, allowing me to text her, and they communicated the whole time. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Nice Spacious and a View

This condo was very spacious and came with an amazing view. The porch was fantastic and partially covered. Only thing to consider is that it is a long walk via boardwalk to the beach. Not a problem if you enjoy exercise, but is a consideration.

#### Fantastic Vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation at Watersound! The location was great. The condo was only a few steps to the beach and the pool was even closer. We were also able to ride our bikes to The Hub almost every night to eat dinner. The beach was very private and not very many people were there. It was perfect! The condo itself was amazing! Super clean and great views of the beach. We will definitely be returning next year!

#### Celebration of Birthdays!

We went to Florida to celebrate my mother's and my birthdays. This property looks exactly like the photos. We were extremely pleased with this property and would not hesitate to book it again. The only drawback and I seriously mean the only drawback is one of the paths to the beach you have to cross a marsh. The water is low (maybe knee level for an adult) but the smell was not good. It would be nice if they could build a bridge over it like they have on the other side of the property. Because we loved the property so much we did not have an issue overlooking this.
