Located in the Gulf Place Residences, every aspect of this home was carefully crafted. The condo is all one level, and an elevator is available directly from the dedicated ground floor garage parking spot. When you walk into the first-floor condo, you are created with crisp white interiors accented with tones of stone, silver, and bronze. The well-appointed king suites feature Samsung Smart TVs, ceiling fans, ample storage, and modern baths. A bunk room with sleeping for 2 is tucked away in a private bedroom.

When it is time to venture out, you will be impressed with all the amenities available. Access to three community pools is available, including a pool overlooking the Gulf Place lagoons. The Gulf Place Cabana and Caribbean pools are heated during cooler months. TWO deeded beach accesses are within 200 yds of the condo. Easily walk to the regional Ed Walline Beach Access in under 2min. Bring your racquets to enjoy Pickleball or tennis! Gulf Place offers 3 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court.

You'll be so impressed with Gulf Place you may never get into your car until it is time to depart. Dining including The Perfect Pig, award winning Shunk Gulley, Pizza by the Sea, Shelbys Beach Bar and Grill, and Sunrise Coffee Co are just outside your door. Don't forget to shop at the unique Artists at Gulf Place market to purchase one-of-a-kind arts and crafts from 30A artists. Your private balcony overlooks Gulley Amphitheater, an expansive green space for playing or enjoying community events.

Perfect beach location

This was our second time staying in this condo and we love it! Checkin and checkout are so easy. The condo is in the perfect location with several really good restaurants within walking distance and just a short walk across the street to the beach. It is nicely decorated throughout and comes with everything you could need including kitchen ware etc. if you want to cook. Our stays have been very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Mom and daughter beach trip

The condo was perfect and had all we needed for our stay. One of my daughters had surgery prior to leaving so we were glad there was an elevator and the nearby beach access had a ramp as an alternative to stairs. We hope to be back!

This condo is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the beach and we used 30A Shade beach service that had us front row on the private beach access everyday. There are so many amenities within walking distance that we only used our car once. Would definitely book again!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Condo was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Short walk to the beach and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing the kitchen was missing was plastic storage containers for the two watermelons we ate. We enjoyed the patio every evening. One cushion was missing from the outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay at this property again. Loved Santa Rosa and Gulf Place!

Beautiful condo close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this Gulf Place condo. It was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and restaurants on 30A. The condo itself was so clean and beautifully decorated. We really felt at home here and will definitely be staying here again soon.

Wonderful property

Just like the pictures , which isn’t always the case. Very modern, clean and beautiful. Love the trash Shute as well. Appreciate the vacuum and mop. I enjoy being able to keep the place clean while there. Stocked very well. I brought extra paper towels and toilet paper but didn’t need them. Would definitely recommend this rental. Very quick responses from owner. Even offered earlier check in. But we weren’t able to do that

The perfect spot for family fun near the beach!

All the amenities you could wish for in a well-appointed, spotless and lovingly decorated condo just a short walk to the beach. We loved the easy access to pools, restaurants, ice cream shops, bike path and beaches. The balcony was a family favorite for reading and relaxing. A wonderful place to spend a week at the beach.

We love Gulf Place and stay here frequently. It’s very clean and close to fun things to do!! Our only complaint is we can’t bring our frenchie that has seizures. They say no pets at all but we always see a bunch of pets.

Beautiful condo located in area full of conveniences!

This is a beautifully decorated and clean condo located in an amazingly wonderful and convenient area. The beds are comfortable and the unit has been very well maintained. The property is managed extremely well with over the TOP prompt responses to any of your needs or concerns . Great place to stay in Santa Rosa

New condo, beautifully decorated in quiet area, great parking, super comfortable beds, 150 yards from the beach, 100 yards from Shunks Gully, an outstanding restaurant. Make sure to visit Pecan Jacks next to Shunks for outstanding ice cream and chocolate. We give it the condo a 10/10!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss out on this stay!

Gorgeous Condo

This place is just as described. It’s modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, plenty of closet and drawer space. Kitchen had all the basic necessities. Most importantly it was clean. It is a very short walk to the beach and there was plenty of parking since we had 2 cars with us. This was the perfect location to stay for our first trip to 30A. We enjoyed our week here!

This condo was so comfortable and nicely updated! I was impressed with how clean it was also! The location was great with the beach being just down the street, easy access to 3 pools, a cute little market across the street & restaurants within walking distance. 5 Star Resort

It was 5 Stars. Exceptional ! The location was on point. Walking distance to food, coffee, ice cream and beach. If you love to run or ride bikes (3 bikes included) this place is for you. Brand new beds were comfy and towels were cozy. The kitchen was completely stocked. It was spacious and easy access. We will be back! April and Avery M.
