The first level of this 3-floor modern beach home features a mix of inviting sleeping accommodations, including two guest bedrooms—the first has a king bed and a private bathroom, while the second has a queen bed. There’s also a kid-friendly bunk area with a twin-over-twin bunk, a sofa, and a TV. For convenience, a stacked washer and dryer are on the first level. Sunlit shiplap walls and fashionably weathered hardwoods make up the main living spaces on the second level.
