During the spring, summer, and fall rental seasons, the unit has included two free premium umbrellas and four lounge chairs set up every morning for the guests (March-Oct). The Myer family has owned this corner unit for 25 years and continues to upgrade the unit each year with new furniture and smartly decorated rooms for maximum comfort and beach living. This year the bathrooms were all retiled and fixtures upgraded to current standards of modern beach condominiums. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have comfortable kingsize beds with private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds with full beds on the bottom if you have adults staying there. The living room and dining room are beachfront and have large windows that allow views to be seen from the fully stocked kitchen, so everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach views at all times. A new dining table seats 8 to 10 comfortably and with additional seating for 4 at the counter. The spacious kitchen features new cabinets with fresh hardware and plenty of cooking and serving essentials. The living room includes a new luxurious wrap-around sofa and 2 accent chairs to watch your favorite shows on the brilliant 75-inch smart television with DVR recording so you won't miss your favorite shows or sporting events while at the beach. You can also stream any movie and shows in any room in the condo using personal TV codes. Beautiful tile floors embellished with tasteful accent rugs throughout the spacious 3 bedrooms along with lovely artwork and new furniture pieces create a calming atmosphere for the perfect beach vacation. Two bedrooms have large king beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. Two new bright sets of twins over full bunk beds provide extra sleeping accommodations in the middle bedroom which is perfect for children and teens alike. Sugar Dunes is an exclusive gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated spaces and must display parking passes at all times during your stay. From booking the property and hearing back quickly to the location which was exactly as described to the condo itself, it couldn’t have been better. The location is literally on the beach and the condo is spacious and decorated well. The check-in process was so easy and even though I needed to make a last-minute change, the owner worked with me and made it so simple. The swimming hole was great for my 4 year old to swim in, especially on red flag days. Only complaint is that the upstairs tenants were very loud. It is great to be able to see the storms as they come in from the west and south without having to be outside and look around building structures. - Also the flag indicators are right outside the condo, so you can easily assess the swimming conditions. - The furniture was great for the group to watch tv on those days when it was raining or really windy. - Since this was our first time to stay in the unit, we had a couple of questions for the realtor. He was quick to respond and provided us great information. - The 2 double beds were perfect for our 2 grandkids to stay in. It’s easy to walk back and forth from the beach to the condo (think potty training and popsicle runs). The condo has three bath tubs, which was important for us this year. There is nothing like watching the sunrise and sunset here. It was a great spot to go during the pandemic because the beach is not crowded. We look forward to returning at some point! ##### Ivy P. For some reason we didn't get any checkin information, we had to call property manager for codes for gate, garage and door. Two of the three tubs drained very poorly and one of them had no shower head when we arrived. The head was replaced and one of the tubs started draining better. The bedroom with 2 beds had double beds not queen size. We cook a lot and I was somewhat disappointed with the cookware (non stick and it was peeling off in our food.).
