Beachside Villas 1213 - Nothing better than staying beachside when you’re on vacation! This is what you get when you stay at Beachside Villas 1213, a comfortable vacation condo located in Seagrove Beach on 30A. The first-floor condo is less than a four-minute walk from the silvery Gulf shores, placing guests in the middle of paradise. With two bedrooms, two baths, and cozy living accommodations, this condo rental sleeps up to eight guests. The living room is warm and welcoming, with a casual seating area and coastal décor. A dove-gray couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and matching loveseat center around a patterned rug and leather-topped ottoman. The seating arrangement faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a wooden bookshelf. White tile floors seamlessly flow from the living room into an open kitchen. The kitchen features spacious cabinets, granite countertops, and a bar with stool seating. It’s the perfect spot to cook, serve, and eat a delicious beach meal or appetizer. You can also mix up a refreshing tropical drink and take it to the covered patio, where you can relax in the beautiful Florida weather. The coastal ambiance extends into the sleeping quarters. In the master suite, there is a tropical queen-size four-poster bed, wall-mounted TV, handsome dresser, and sunny window. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The ample guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private bath. In addition to comfortable vacation lodging at Beachside Villas, guests also have access to condo amenities. These include tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling area, and nearby access to the seasonally heated community swimming pool. The beach is also only a short stroll away. If you like to explore the outdoors, be sure to check out Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. These are two of 30A’s rare coastal dune lakes that provide extensive opportunities for recreational fun like fishing and paddleboarding. After a day outdoors and on the beach, check out all that Seagrove Beach and the surrounding 30A beach towns have to offer. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, live music events, festivals, and so much more for you and your fellow vacationers to enjoy! First, it states that the condo is steps away from the beach. To me, the use of the word “steps” indicates closeness. From this unit, the beach is city blocks away. Also, the view of the beach in the pictures is a private beach that guests of Oceanside villas do not have access to. You have to go to a beach that is further away. With that said, the shuttle service was great and got us to and from the beach without any issues. The description indicates that this unit sleeps 8\. If you had 8 people sleeping in this unit, you would be tripping over each other. My family of 4 slept comfortably, but during the daytime hours that we were in the condo, we were crammed in there. There was an issue with access to the pool, but the management company swiftly took care of it. All in all, it was a good stay, but the description of the property is not accurate. ##### Jared L. It was very pretty and looked new, but the floors had not been throughly cleaned and our clean feet kept getting dirty. So we were constantly sweeping the floors. Most of all the location wasn’t accurate compared to the pics on the advertisement. It wasn’t just steps away from the beach. It’s Bldg 12 which is the farthest distance compared with other buildings there. We could not see the ocean- disappointed greatly. We could only see a fence and grass.
