Dune Vacation Rentals presents 'Tresor de la Mer', a recently renovated penthouse unit, is a Provincial pied 'a terre in Seaside's Central Square. Beautifully appointed, this property provides complete luxury combined with incredible convenience. A short stroll to shops, restaurants and only steps to the beach, this top-floor unit can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features 2 bedrooms, 2½ baths, open kitchen/living room and outdoor entertainment spaces.

The main floor of this residence provides endless views of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico from the square-side balcony and cozy living room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter and storage space, and offers table and bar seating for six. There is a half bathroom on the first floor, along with a conveniently located laundry room and exterior closet for storing sandy beach equipment and toys.

The second floor of the unit offers two bedrooms. The master retreat is highlighted by a soaring ceiling, private bathroom with walk-in shower, generous storage, and window seat for reading or relaxing over stunning views of both Seaside and the surf. A second bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, full shower/tub bathroom, separate closet and access to a secluded patio perfect for soaking up sunshine or enjoying morning coffee. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

ADDITIONAL
- Additional parking can be found in the parking spaces behind 25 Central (first come first serve) or other available spaces along Quincy Circle, or the additional vehicles can pay the daily rate to park in the paid parking areas. There is parking along Highway 30A in the gravel spaces as well that are free to use. There are no assigned parking spots.
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.

We had an amazing trip! The location is absolutely amazing - in the heart of Seaside. We enjoyed walking each morning. There are so many places to eat; we never ate the same thing twice! The beach and pools are wonderful as well! Parking was never an issue for us, but we never left (we took an Uber to Old Florida Fish House one night). We would 100% recommend to friends!

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay in Seaside! This location offers a lot… ocean, tennis, food trucks, shopping, etc! The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time, the family pool was covered. My girls wanted to swim but the covered pool was tough with wanting to be in the pool. Otherwise, we loved this property!

We a very enjoyable time. Great Memories were made. everything was walking distance. The beach is the most beautiful we’ve been to, no sand fleas, no jellyfish. Beautiful sunsets. Seaside was crazy crowded due to things just opening back up but from COVID-19 but probably will settle down.

We enjoyed our stay at Tresor de la Mer very much. The location could not be better. Right on the square and directly across the street from the beach entrance. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. It's small, but there is SO much storage which is nice. It was the perfect size for our family of four (small kids). The only challenge was the parking. We were there in early May before school had let out for the summer, so it was not crowded. Even still, the four designated spaces for the rental properties were always full while we were there. We were given a parking pass to allow us to park wherever there was an open space closeby, which was not a huge problem for us; however, if we'd been there during the prime summer months, may have posed more of a challenge. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and we would definitely consider staying there again!

There was construction on both sides of the condo. One was louder than the other (sanding walls and pounding). Had we known, we never would have rented it. It seems only fair to inform renters of this type of situation. Also, there was urine in the main bedroom toilet.

My family and I have been to 30A many times, but have never stayed at Seaside. We decided late to take our first vacation in 2-years, and were disappointed with what we were finding when it came to price, view and location. That is until we found tresor de la Mer. This unit had everything we wanted including an amazing location with the beach, view, shops, restaurants and ocean all within a rocks throw. What is amazing about this unit is that it is actually in the Town Square on the 3rd floor. From all our years coming to this area we never new there were housing units in the square. So got to enjoy all the activities and people watching while being a minute from where we were staying. The master bedroom is very nice and has an awesome view along with a very comfy king size bed. We were worried that our two 5"10 teenagers wouldn't fit in the bunk beds, but everything worked out. Every aspect of the unit is beautiful with an awesome view of the square from the open aired, but covered porch and the master bedroom. Being in the square we had everything we needed including a coffee shop, food trucks and a market that saved us from having to go to the crazy crowded Publix. The only downside but no fault of the owners is the traffic and parking. 30A in this area is pretty much bumper to bumper traffic from sunrise to at least 10pm. There are 4-designated parking spots for this unit/building, but people would illegally park there leaving you next to no parking that didn't cost money. So to alleviate that problem we didn't leave and enjoyed everything in seaside. The restaurants and food trucks were excellent and the beach access is right across the street. There is also a very nice pool a few blocks away. If you like the beach, eating out and crowd watching this unit is for you. I would highly recommend.
