    ABOUT THIS HOME: This quaint coastal home, located in the Highland Park neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach, is the perfect place for intimate family gatherings. Back to the Beach is a 3 bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 8. With it's open concept designed space, you're never to far from the action, unless you want to be and there's a perfect spot for that. The beautiful screened in porch has plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. This house has everything you'll need to enjoy your next vacation by the sea.

    ABOUT THE AREA: Back to The Beach is located in the Highland Parks Community. They have an amazing community pool that is only a bike ride away! You can also go for a bike ride or hike on the trail in your backyard. Take a stroll to one of the nearby restaurants, or pick up a pastry and coffee from Blue Mountain Bakery (their cinnamon rolls are out of this world).

    BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is just a short distance away. Hop on your bikes and get ready for an amazing day! When you make it out of your neighborhood take a left, continue on 30A for about a mile then take a right on to Blue Mountain Rd. At the stop sign turn right and you have made it to the beach.

Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

    - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

    Parking Details:
    - This home includes 3 parking spaces with no overflow parking.

    This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Great for familes

We have stayed in this neighborhood before. We love the access to the beach especially with the golf cart. The screened in back porch was also very nice to have when it stormed for a day. We would stay again.

Wonderful home! The home is delightful. The outdoor seating make evenings an enchanted time for relaxing. The free bonfire was so fun and the kids loved it. The location is so close to all we wanted to do. Definitely will choose on our next trip!

This house was clean and very nice. The 30AGirls were responsive during the stay whenever we had questions. This property is in the back of the neighborhood and has a nice sized driveway compared to the others in the neighborhood.

Perfect Spot!

This is our second year staying in this neighborhood and we just love it! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is SO spacious. We loved the screen porch and the trail behind the house that lead to the bike path which lead you straight to the beach! The beach is absolutely beautiful. Community pool was so great too. The kids loved it. We just love this area, you can do as little or as much as you want. Blue Mountain Creamery had great ice cream and is a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The golf cart was so much fun as well. We hope to be back next year! Thanks for allowing us to make wonderful memories in your home!!!

Loved Our Stay! - Family of 6

SUPER IMPRESSED! Feel free to quote me when I say, '30a Beach Girls is the way to go!" Compared to the crazy busy traffic of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach and how over crowded they get, Blue Mountain is TOTALLY the move if you are wanting a real and authentic 30a beach experience. With it being on the west side of 30a, it is so much less populated on the beach. Totally worth the change, after 15+ years going to Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. We loved the personal touches, the bikes the golf cart, the incredible trails behind the house. It was 30a experience we have never had before. We will book again and can't wait!!

Beyond what we expected!

AMAZING! House was very comfortable and beautiful. Th golf cart, bikes and bonfire really puce this one over for us. The bonfire night was so much fun and then a mariachi band showed up and sang. It was incredible! We will so be back!

The location was amazing the home was large clean and welcoming the master on the main was perfect for older adults and the bedrooms upstairs were close but not too close. We were welcomed with texts and all sorts of information about bonfires sunsets and places to eat the golf cart the bikes and the sun umbrellas were all amazing

30A Beach Girls = AWESOME TRIP!

The location was spot on, the amenities at the property were abundant - we needed to have more time there to enjoy them all! The golf cart and bikes were ideal! The suggestions provided by Hollie and Jada were so helpful and having the app was brilliant. The house is truly a home and we loved having it as our home base. This is truly luxurious place to stay. Perfect vacation

Back to the Beach is a gorgeous home! We had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The neighborhood seemed very laid back and the pool was great with plenty of seating as well as the outdoor grilling area. Hollie and the beach girls were very responsive to any questions we had. We went to the beach bonfire that they hosted at the Grayton access while we waited on our table at Red Bar and the kids really enjoyed making s'mores and playing cornhole! Great experience!

As Dad, everyone was impressed with how well I did in picking out the perfect place for our vacation. We were surprised how much more there was to this home than what we expected. Pictures do not do it justice. It was roomier than we anticipated and the location was tremendous to everything we wanted to do. Everything was so comfortable. We felt like we were at home and it seemed such a happy and friendly home. Everyone in the family loved it. Can't wait to stay again The house was so much than what we expected. Beautiful house - great location.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We were all very comfortable with the accommodations. The house is so close to the beach and the walking path as well as close to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful experience.
