Le One Seagrove Place Condo, en plein cœur de Seagrove Beach et du célèbre C 30A, se trouve à 1,6 km à l'est de Seaside. Le condo 2 chambres / 2bath est pratique pour les épiceries, les bons restaurants et les magasins.
    Une rénovation complète et redécoration avec de la peinture fraîche et de nouveaux sols en pierre partout, des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. La tanière est aménagée avec un tout nouveau canapé confortable et une causeuse et 2 chaises rembourrées pivotantes, ainsi qu'un nouvel écran plat de 42 pieds T. V. De nouveaux matelas et draps dans les chambres et un nouveau canapé-lit pour 6 personnes. Depuis le balcon, le coucher de soleil sur le golfe est magnifique et les nouveaux rockers pivotants offrent un moyen relaxant de profiter de la plage.

The pictures made the condo look a lot larger than it really was. The kitchen was only big enough for one person cooking and the area felt cramped.The rooms, especially the baseboards and curtains needed a thorough cleaning and additional hooks for the curtains that need mending or replaced. Host was great and the location was fabulous. Would go again if I was alone due to the size. Two small children ran out of places to explore within five minutes and when the rain spoiled our beach day, being inside was not so pleasant. It would be a great place for two adults.

Even more beautiful in person

Everything was perfect. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Elevators were fast, the water was perfect and the sunsets were incredible. Easy walk to eat, get donuts or ice cream.

Venue was breathtaking. I and my family had a relaxing stay. The HVAC in the condo did not seem to work, but really didn’t need it due to outside temperatures.

Our week in Seagrove Beach

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at Mr. Sandman in One Seagrove Place. The condo is beautifully decorated, and our host, Ann, even provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It is convenient to the restaurants we enjoy and to shopping. I would highly recommend.

Place was nice and cozy. The kitchen is small but it was fine for the amount of time we were there. The view was wonderful and it was nice that chairs were provided. The umbrellas didn’t work so we had to rent an umbrella. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced but it was wonderful to have a view of the ocean from the master. The place is nice and in a great location.

Girlfriend’s getaway

The sudden very cold north wind that arrived Day 2 of our 4 day stay didn’t dampen our spirits and we enjoyed our lovely condo. It was clean and attractive with a wonderful balcony and view. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this property.

Wonderful NYE

This is our second NYE at this property so we knew we loved it already. The outdoor furniture looked brand new and was wonderful to sit on. We truly love this building and it’s easy to walk to several of our favorite places. Ann was wonderful to work with as always.

We would absolutely return to this unit. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. As previous reviews have stated, only one of the chairs was operable and the 2nd bedroom closet door is off track.

Good location of property. Nice furnishings, amazing views! We had an issue with TVs in bedrooms not working. Contacted host and she took care of problem. Totally replaced both TVs.

Wonderful location

We had a girls trip for the long weekend. The condo was perfect choice for us. The host was very nice and available when contacted. Location right on the beach with a great oceanfront balcony. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. The location is great -close to restaurants and grocery store is only few minutes by car. Nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella’s provided. Would definitely stay here again.
