    Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

    This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has poolside views enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

    The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with, gas stove and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The poolside patio has a dining table and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing view.


    Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


    Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

    Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

    Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Adagio is awesome and the location was perfect. We could go to the pool, hot tub and beach so easily. The bikes were a nice addition. The place itself could use some tlc as all places need over use and time. The door in the master bedroom opens into the armoire which could be fixed with a different placement option. The shower door in the master might need replaced soon (hard to shut). The dryer was also touch and go. These things were easy to overlook given the proximity to beauty all around. We also enjoyed being close to the gym. Definitely recommend the adagio to other families.

D101 at Adagio was excellent! Its location was ideal. Being near the beach made for perfect mornings. Conveniently located, many restaurants and shops were nearby. Whether seeking seafood or groceries, everything was easily accessible. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. Looking forward to returning!

Not the Best Adagio Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in probably ten or so different Adagio units over the last twenty years. This is definitely my least favorite, and I wouldn't stay here again. There were a bunch of maintenance issues...the freezer ice maker was completely frozen and filled with a solid piece of ice. It looked liked it had been for a long time. We got it unclogged and working. The iron was broken and coming apart. The dryer knob was broken and hard to work. The primary bathroom shower door was messed up and very difficult to close. There was mold inside and outside the shower, and the bathroom light flickered. There was mold around the kitchen sink. The patio light was burned out. The living room drapes were worn out, wouldn't close completely, and didn't block out light. The first night I got into bed in the primary bedroom and there was sand in the sheets. There were no bedside tables. A weird desk next to the bed in the primary bedroom, and odd tables in the others. No drawers for storage in the bedrooms. There are certainly better Adagio units.

There were a few maintenance issues such as the master bathroom toilet flushing mechanism and the master bath shower heads; however, the issues were promptly fixed by the maintenance staff (Tracey) both items were changed. Maintenance staff (Tracey) was very professional, prompt and personable. She is a gem!I would have house keeping pay a little extra attention to the area between the sink and mirror in master bathroom. There were hair clippings and what appeared to be a rubber band used with braces. Yuck. With the amount of money charged for the rental I did expect spotless.

On the last night our ac unit started leaking (drain was stopped up) and they sent maintenance right out to fix it. The gentleman from maintenance was super nice and took care of the problem immediately. Location is great and pool is beautiful.

Furniture was stained, bedroom 1 shower had little to no water pressure, clothes dryer did not work properly, patio furniture was bad. These are just a few items.
