Fabulous 5BR/ Perfect Location on 30A/ Steps to Private Beach/ Gulf View/ Pool
- This Florida beach house located in the gated community of Sunrise Beach, sleeps14, has a private pool, second living room and kitchen, spacious balconies and it is just a short stroll to the private beach access (about 40 yards)! The pool area features a flat-screen TV for viewing your favorite team's games or listening to music while enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool. As courtesy of the owners, 4 beach chairs and 6 umbrellas are ready for you daily at the beach (more chairs can be found in the garage).
"Absolute Paradise" is a well-appointed and comfortable place to spend your vacation. Bring the whole family to this great place.( Pool can be heated for an additional $40/day)
