Enjoy exclusive access to the WaterColor Beach Club or any of the 9 community swimming pools, tennis and pickleball facilities. Or venture just down the road to the quiet public beach access across from The Surfing Deer and Market Café restaurants. You can also relax close to home on one of the two porches this home offers or enjoy the nearby Dragonfly Pool with a grill and fire pit for some low-key evening entertainment.

This home features an open concept floor plan, with the kitchen truly serving as the heart of the space, offering great views from the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Whether you’re preparing a home-cooked meal or grabbing takeout from one of the area's great local spots, you’ll have the perfect place to enjoy it—at the bar, around the dining table, or out on your private screened-in porch surrounded by peaceful views.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Twin-over-twin bunks. Each bunk with a TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with shower
2nd floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
2nd Floor Bedroom 4: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bath with soaking tub and separate shower.

As one of the larger neighborhoods along 30A, WaterColor has amazing amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Your stay in WaterColor allows you access to 9 community pools. There are 3 pools at the Beach Club, 3 pools at Camp WaterColor (one is a lazy river!) plus the famous Frog Pool and Dragonfly pool. With a tremendous beach, spa, restaurants, and boutique shops, everyone can enjoy a vacation here. One stroll in WaterColor, and we know you'll want to come back!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
