WHAT's NEARBY This property is part of the Emerald Hill Condos, a Gulf-front complex with a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. You will be across the street from several shops, eateries, and recreational outfitters that rent bikes and kayaks. Seaside is 1.3 miles away on the 30A bike path. THINGS TO KNOW: Parking notes: 1 spot per unit. No assigned spot, can park in any spot that is not in front of a garage. The rental is located on the ground floor. Sorry, no pets per HOA. Golf carts are not allowed on property. However, there is golf cart rental conveniently located across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak. Check in and check out instructions were very clear, and the host communicated very well. Our only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Condo was perfect for my husband and me, didn’t need the 3 adorable bunk beds. Santa Rosa and 30A is quaint and away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Sunset beach was a short bike ride away with great food at the southern cafe, Bud and alley’s rooftop. Walk out to pool and short walk to the beautiful white sands and gulf! Chelsea was quick to respond thank goodness with March madness finals on, re: tv. Would love to come back, but a long drive from Tennessee. The plane trip home was terrifying and don’t think I’ll fly again! Should have stayed. ##### Katy B.
