The noise from the bowling was the only complaint I have. The staff was excellent specially the kitchen. I will definity go back. Location & view from the room was great.

My recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of delightful. The staff, who are the backbone of any hospitality establishment, were commendably kind and accommodating. This property is centrally located and just like the pictures. It is above a bowling alley and a casino, so depending on the floor you're on you'll hear a bit of noise. The ceiling-to-floor windows provide an absolutely breathtaking view. The staff are really nice and the rooms are cleaned.

The basic rooms have no windows and above the room is a bowling alley and you could hear the noise of the balls being thrown. They only provide one bottle of water on the first day although I understood one per day put they charged for the additional days for the water. It was confusing finding the entrance to the hotel, no visible signage and hotel is on the fouth floor of the building. Entrance to the building is not at all appealing or attractive. The beach is walking distance but i would not go into the water looked to dirty as well as the sand. Very congested area.

Hola Estimado, Muchas gracias por su apreciasión, las habitaciones que ofrecemos son diferentes categorias, reforzaremos con el equipo de recepción para que sean más claros al momento de expresar, nosotros brindamos una botella de agua de cortesía durante la estancia, nuestro hotel se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa del malecon, sin embargo en tiempos de lluvias no recomendamos que nuestros huespedes se bañen allí, por sugerencias de seguridad de las entidades gubernamentales.En cuanto a la localización trabajaremos en colocar señalizaciones más llamativas.Se despide amablemente

few things I did not like about the property there was no lunch or dinner service at all plus the breakfast staff was not always friendly at times and breakfast was limited to your choice

The property was nice. A little noisy, but overall very nice. The only thing I will point out is that the area is not the best, it can be a bit sketchy. I saw a lot of security, but only near the hotel. If you walk around or near the parks and nightlife, be very careful. The beach to me wasn’t all that, to get on it. The water was kind of dirty looking and the waves are to aggressive. About the climate, it was raining every day, and when I say humid… boy it is crazy humid. We sweat like crazy. If you decide to go to Santa Marta you should go to Taganga, which is located 30 to 40 minutes away. Hope this help you have a better experience.

Pros: very clean and they have a bowling ally that they allow you to use for free Cons: very noisy as our room was above the bowling ally. No windows. Quite pricey for what we got.

Avoid even if it is for free!
It was like staying in a bowling alley or having a room as part of a restaurant. Bowling was a part of the hotel as well as the restaurant. So loud noise and strong smell of food from the restaurant would spoil your holiday big time! NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU DESIRE A QUIET VACATION!

The staff at reception was very helpful, from giving directions and tips within Santa Marta, as well as helping to hold our bags when we were at Tayrona overnight. He also helped book a shuttle to Cartagena! Would return just for him!

Amazing!
This was an amazing little hotel.....so amazing that when I found myself an extra day in Santa Marta without a reservation, I booked for a night at one of the other Xarm hotels. Great little chain....cute, clean, good breakfasts, great staff, and great location.

Der Blick auf den Strand ist atemberaubend. Vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Aufgrund der Lage ist es nachts laut.
