From the town of Tissano you can reach by car many tourist destinations not to be missed in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region: Udine (15 km) with its famous castle; Palmanova at 8 km; Cividale del Friuli (55 km) with its cathedral and the impressive Ponte del Diavolo on the river Natisone; Aquileia (25 km), famous port of the Roman Empire with its interesting archaeological excavations and the renowned National Archaeological Museum.
