Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me.
