Included in your stay is a full-board Chef who will be happy to cook Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, (snacks and drinks upon request) as well as a cleaning team. We will curate a menu for you and your group prior to arrival and the chef will do all of the grocery shopping for you! You will just pay for groceries!

The central palapa, for instance, is littered with natural treasures created by the owner is perfect for large family gatherings/dinners with uninterrupted pool and ocean views. And unlike most properties, Villa de las Rocas features 4 full ocean view bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and parotta wood closets, each just steps to the pool and the beach. Bedroom 5 & 6 are located in the garden with en suite full bathrooms for those looking for a more peaceful room and a great space to retire from the festivities of the house. The living area is also a great space for morning yoga to the sounds of the ocean. Villa de las Rocas offers over 5000 sqft of living space, providing ample room for large groups or families. The central palapa contains a half bath, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The second-level lounge provides an oversized double chaise with a sofa for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, as well as a great spot for whale watching! The outdoor space is just as impressive as the indoor space. The 16x9 pool has two shallow attachments that are perfect for lounge chairs and drinks in the sun (And pool volleyball!). If guests get too hot, they can cool off under the massive magnificent silver palm or the poolside palapa with an oversized double lounge for shade. Their resident iguana basking in the sun on the rocks adds to the charm of the villa. Don't forget to take your group down to the beach for a sunset happy hour on what feels like your own private strip of beach. Take a short ride into town to dine at an endless possibility of restaurants on or off the beach or head up to the mountains for a guided hike that is guaranteed to leave you in awe (Ask host about this).
