Lamentamos su sentir, pero revisamos su estancia y no hemos encontrado dificultades en la atención a su persona, sería bueno fuera más explícito y de esta manera nos puede ayudar a que otro cliente no se sienta mal como usted.

We enjoyed the pool the beach and clean rooms. The Food was not cooked properly the white rice was very hard it seemed like it was not cooked . Overall food rating zero stars just Horrible every guest was complaining.

My stay was really good, the staff amazing but I have to say that I was really disappointment with the Beach ,was really dirty reason why me and my family wasn't able to enjoy my Cuban waters. I will go again next year I hope I be able to enjoy the beach this time.

EXPERIENCIA NEGATIVA
Hay que pagar el WIFI y el servicio alimentar no està al altura de lo que he pagado. Tuve que dejar el alojamiento 2 dias antes por un ciclon y el hotel no ofreciò ningun medio de transporte de emergencia para los huespedes en dificultad debido a la notificaciòn improvisa de la emergencia. Todavia estoy en la espera de la devoluciòn del dinero por las dos noches canceladas por parte de la propiedad.

Gracias Carlos por su comentario. Cada día tratamos de mejorar los aspectos que pueden dar una mejor imagen a nuestros clientes, el hotel cumple 43 años el próximo 26 de Julio, le invitamos a regresar a nuestra instalación cuando lo desee.

Dirty beach, murky water, basic rooms!
The beach and the sea were really dirty, there were mounds of seagrass and heaps of plastic, but different from the other hotels next door, here nobody seemed to care. Our room was in pretty poor condition too and there was neither a terrace nor a balcony. Definitely not worth the money, even though the food was nice and staff were very friendly.

La atención de su personal es muy buena. El director comercial de la instalación se mantuvo al tanto de nuestro bienestar durante nuestra estancia en el Hotel. Regresé por segunda vez y garantizo que habrá una tercera repitencia. Es bien tranquilo el.hotel y la elaboración de sus alimentos es satisfactoria.

Wir mussten erstmal zwei Stunden warten da sie unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden haben. Danach haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen das nach Schimmel gestunken hat. Des Weiteren hat es heute Nacht reingeregnet neben den netten mussten wir Handtücher ausbreiten und das tropfendere Wasser aufzufangen war alles nass. Richtig schlechte Unterkunft für diesen Betrag. Nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht hier

Hotel direkt am Strand.Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber dafür ist das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Essen war bei uns sehr gut und große Auswahl ,wobei man sagen muss wir waren Neujahr in diesem Hotel.

Cet hôtel à besoin d'un beau rafraîchissement, nous avons eu une chambre où une partie du plafond est tombé. Hôtel très calme manque un peu d'animation durant la journée.. Mais sinon grande piscine et le buffet est bon mais pas beaucoup de diversité.

Пляж не стоит того, чтобы лететь 13 часов
С номером были проблемы: в первом который предложили плесень на стенах и некачественная уборка, во втором замок сломался, заехать удалось с третьего раза. Пляж грязный и заросший. За что его считают одним из лучших на Кубе, не ясно. В целом за свои деньги (4,5 т.р. на троих с ребёнком за ночь) условия нормальные, возможно только придётся за них побороться

Disfrute del excelente diseño y montaje del espectáculo nocturno, buena elaboración de los alimentos, trato amable de sus empleados y directivos, ambiente agradable y acogedor. Llamo la atención sobre el re-uso de vasos desechables, sea por tema costos o por ecología. Son artículos desechables. Salvo ese detalle disfrutamos mucho la estancia ... REGRESAREMOS!!

Notre pire souvenir de notre periple cubain: - cafards dans les chambres, faux plafonds ouverts - cuisine mauvaise (5 plats identiques tous les jours) - piscine agreable, mais sono a fond du matin au soir - impossible de dormir avant minuit: musique a fond. On a l impression que la fete est dans la chambre d a cote Seul point positif: centre de plongee sharks friends a 10 min a pied
