The villa is an incredible property of no less than 846 m² on a total plot of 17,300 m², distributed on two levels and with a basement connected to the property by lift and where all guests can enjoy extra space and a private gymnasium.  
  
Villa Daruma consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, equipped with modern furniture of elegant design and every comfort.  
The structure of the house is a continuous interweaving of light elements, such as glass and wrought iron, that defy heights, thus creating a continuum with the outdoor spaces and flooding the indoor area with fantastic natural light.  
  
The perfect architectural geometry outside the villa blends perfectly with the surrounding garden.  
  
The front contains the chill-out area with swimming pool, barbecue area, relaxation area with sofas and outdoor dining area: relaxing holidays in good company will be made perfect by this unrivalled combination of privacy and comfort.  
  
The terrace gives direct access to both the modern, fully equipped kitchen and the living area.  
This room is characterised by high windows that increase the sense of space and create plays of light that blend in with the choice of furnishings.  
  
The large sofa occupies the centre of the room, an invitation to enjoy moments of conviviality in the company of friends or family even out of season thanks to the presence of the fireplace. The living area continues the indoor dining area, access to the laundry area, a service toilet, and the access points to the other levels of the house: the lift, for access to the lower level where the gym and garage are located, and the stairs giving access to the sleeping area on the upper level.  
  
On the upper level is the master suite and the second double bedroom. Both have an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private terrace.  
  
The other three bedrooms are located on the main level: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, study and private terrace, and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom and a small relaxation area with sofa.
