  • It gives to its guests a comfortable place to spend summer holidays, with private swimming pool and in just 350 meters away from the beach it is a great place for families with children who want to enjoy the sun and Ibiza’s good weather. The house is walking distance to Marina Botafoch and Talamanca bay.



    It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big salon, dining room and chill out zone with barbecue plus a Dalt Vila views and sea views. Into the house there is 2 machines of air con; 1 of them downstairs on the living room and the other one upstairs for the bedrooms. Also the bedrooms has a big ceiling fans.
