Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend.
There was an incident when a maintenance worker entered my room without knocking, and while the DND was on. Also, he was called to the room next door. I was semi naked and a solo female guest and was pretty terrified when an unknown man entered my room without knocking carrying a hammer.
Reception staff handled it really poorly, very dismissive immediately after and the next day. After a number of emails back and forth the manager refunded one night out of a 4 night stay, I personally felt 2 nights was more appropriate as it really impacted my enjoyment for 2 days of my holiday.
More broadly, the location of the hotel is really lovely, steps down to beach. Breakfast is okay but very packed and the eggs Benedict were fully cold.
The key cards were glitchy, mine had to be changed 5 times within the first 2 days.
All in all, didn't feel like a 5 star hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning elevated location on the shoreline overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Balearic sea and a lovely little private cove and sandy beach. Expect some nudist! There are 4 or 5 sea front bars/restaurants which have stunning sea views and lovely to sit and people watch from whilst relaxing with a drink and ambient music which gives it that relaxed Ibizan chill out vibe. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room a junior suite was up there with the best 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed in previously. The jacuzzi bath opening onto the balcony is a nice touch as was the complimentary daily replenished bottled water. The breakfast was excellent quality with the option of a selection of freshly made items such as eggs Benedict, French toast, pancake stack or the buffet which covered all the bases, continental cereals, fruits, yoghurt, pastries, Mediterranean options such as meats, a selection of breads and cheeses, plus the option of freshly made eggs to order. The juice options were really fresh and although I’m not a coffee drinker my travel companion is and she enjoyed lattes and cappuccinos whilst I stuck with my English breakfast tea. We ate at the pool bar the club sandwich is delicious. We also enjoyed a wagyu burger from restaurant La Calita and a steak meal from Lumbre (costly). We also ate out enjoying light bites from Azariyo bar/restaurant on the beach front with the local Rosa Blanca IPA. Es Canar also has some lovely restaurants to try
Beautiful clean modern property with lovely restaurants, bars (including rooftop), amazing views and right next to Cala Nova with great restaurants including Aiyanna. Well located close to Sta Eulalia and away from busy areas, but not too far that it feels too remote.
Our stay was truly outstanding! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its incredible ambiance and exquisite food. The thoughtfully curated music during weekend breakfasts and by the pool added a delightful touch to our experience. We highly recommend it!
The hotel is excellent. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The dinner is very good. Breakfast with view on the ocean. Large swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Very good massage to. We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
I adored this hotel. Flawless.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The location is heavenly and love the neighbouring beach and restaurants. Ill be back for certain with my whole family!
Brilliant hotel and location - service on the slow
The hotel was fantastically located with great views. The facilities, pool and restaurant were very good, the room was very comfortable and the amenities available in the room were very good. Service was on the slow side, always friendly - felt like they were warming up to the season
Beautiful hotel, with great views.
The staff are very welcoming.
Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds.
120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay!
Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the
amount of wasps around the food, inside and out.
Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property.
Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.
In general, the hotel was very nice. It had thoughtful touches and was clearly designed with intention. The reason for the four-star instead of five-star rating is because they seem to nickel and dime you on just about everything. Also a privacy blind was broken in front of the hot tub and bathroom leaving us clearly visible to everyone outside. But that aside, The view was amazing in the hotel. Had a wonderful atmosphere and the service and staff were amazing.
Bless Hotel Ibiza is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; truly some of the most accommodating service I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous design and top-shelf pools that make it hard to leave. Beach access is effortless, and the views from nearly every angle are simply breathtaking.
Breakfast at the restaurant is superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that set the perfect tone for the day. And the small details make a big impact, like the home-crafted hotel chocolates, which were not only a thoughtful touch but also absolutely delicious.
Bless Hotel Ibiza is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on the island.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a tranquil vacation.
That said, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The landscaping around the property could be better maintained to match the overall beauty of the setting. Additionally, the pool staff could benefit from more training to enhance the guest experience.
The beachfront restaurants were fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, the main restaurant within the hotel itself could use some improvement in both service and menu variety.
Overall, it was a very good stay. For the price, I expected a little more, but the calm environment and helpful staff made it a memorable trip.
I think the property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff pays great attention to details for a joyous experience. From the customer service representative, Concierge, violnist, dj, pool staff and housekeeping, everyone was superb. The only set back was the rooftop staffers. I waited almost 3 hours to be served dinner and never received my dessert. The hotel appeared to be short staffed but no one communicated with the guests. Such a disappointment as it was my anniversary. Everyone seemed to ignore me until it was time to leave. Now, the waitress approach me to sign the bill. Shameful. I wish she had that energy and not spoiled our evening. I requested to speak to a manager and never received a call. Otherwise, great hotel.
Terribly managed property. Prices not worthy of value received. I didn’t like my original room so I upgraded and had to pay upfront and nonetheless it was not ready by check in time, yet they wanted me to wait several hours more had I not argued. Worse than that was the temperature of the rooms which was kept warm out of some voluntary targets (I could never sleep as a result). They claimed it was sustainability related law, but I called other hotels in Ibiza to verify and those other hotel said I can set the temperature of my room to whatever I want at their properties. Pool was beautiful, but adorned with dated and dirty furniture. Cleanliness was an issue throughout the hotel actually. Also in relation to the pool, it was crowded by non-hotel guests which had to only pay a small fee to enter and take up all the space and beds away from the guests that were paying a fortune to this over priced hotel. Wait staff in restaurants and pool side were friendly but bad at actually serving, as orders were ALWAYS either very late or wrong.
The roads are small emphasis on very, if you wake up in the middle of the night and wanna go to the bathroom, the lights come on automatically, the AC is limited in cooling, the breakfast buffet is great. The staff are kind and nice. The properties well maintained if you’re staying here absolutely would say that you need to get a suite because otherwise you just won’t have space for your luggage.. taxis are tough to come by and they’re not that very many restaurants around the property what hotel recommended to go as the best place around was absolutely awful.
