Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

Simply a perfect Stay. Then room was clean, the A/C worked a little too good at times. The staff was friendly and helpful when you needed them. I did not get to try the pool while I was there but it looks amazing.

"The only main complaint I have is the AC in my room wasn’t working, I called front desk once on Tuesday they came to fix it but still wasn’t working. The staff was all really nice the pools were nice the food was also good."
